JVRC will host a space for innovative demonstrations of new VR related technology and interaction paradigms. This innovative demonstration call is reserved to academic labs and public research institutions. Private companies should refer to the Call for Exhibition. Demonstration selection will follow a classical selection process.
Your submission must include the following materials and information:
- Basic submission information, including submitter names, affiliations, and contact information, a title of the project and an abstract.
- A 2 page description of your demonstration showing your contribution and describing what the user will experience. Use the formatting guideline of regular papers (Eurographics format).
- Technical requirements: provide a description of your demonstration setup, including space, size, electrical, networking, lighting and sound requirements and any detail you think is important to make sure your demo will be asuccess. For example mention if your demo is sensitive to the lighting/sound environment. You should also mention logistic issues (equipment to store before, during and after the conference), time required to install and pack the demo, number of people required to set up and/or present the demonstration
- Supplementary materials like videos are welcome
