In 2009, for the first time, three of the main VR conferences are merged together into the JVRC09 - Joint Virtual Reality Conference of EGVE - ICAT – EuroVR.  JVRC09 focuses on Virtual Environment as well as Mixed and Augmented Reality technology including software systems, display technology, interaction devices, and applications. JVRC is not only a scientific venue but also a platform for exchange between researchers, technology providers, and end users around commercial or research applications. Besides scientific presentations, industry-oriented presentations and panels (automotive, cluster technology, etc.) create a unique opportunity to see, discuss and share the latest innovations and developments. JVRC09 gives also a unique opportunity to  vendors and laboratories to exhibit their products in the exhibition area.

We welcome industrial and academic exhibitors, as well as sponsors. Sponsoring and exhibition can be combined.
Vendor presentation talks can be combined with exhibition. There is also the opportunity for meetings/presentations before and after the three symposium days from December 7-9, 2009.

Several exhibition opportunities are proposed and exhibition can also be combined with sponsoring.
Exhibitors from private companies can also apply for the Demo Contest. If accepted, the demo will be presented on the exhibitor booth. To apply for the Demo Contest, private companies need to return the documents specified in the call for demos by the demo deadline (see Call for Demos).
