To book a room in Lyon's hotels, you must contact directly the Sorel &
Stendhal Agency by filling the hotel booking form. The agency will
communicate with you by mail in order to satisfy your requirements. Do
not hesitate to specify the services you wish (wifi, parking, distance
to public transportation, time required to go to ValPre by public
transportation, proximity to the Light Festival,...).
Do not hesitate also to communicate with the Sorel & Stendhal Agency
before paying the deposit in order to be sure that an hotel satisfying
your requirements is available.
Note also that due to the Light Festival (which attracted 4 millions
visitors in 2008) , the agency may not be able to satisfy all the
requirements for the persons booking an hotel room late in September.
Reservations will be made on a first-come first-served basis.
